KAIIZA TATTOO

Some pieces are conceived in one go. Others find their next chapter later, when a new idea appears or another placement calls for something. Abstract forms let me pick up the existing movement and extend the composition across the body.

CLIENTS FROM VALAIS already come to Villeneuve

People from the near side of Valais already make the journey to the studio. What they share is the style they want: a black, graphic piece built for the body and able to grow in scale. Villeneuve remains at the gateway to the canton, making it practical to return for a second session or extend a tattoo several months later.

GROWING IN SCALE pieces designed to last & evolve

The compositions gathered here reveal what can develop: a line that continues, a paint splatter calling for an answer or an ensemble reaching a new area of the body. These pieces remain whole, even when their next chapter will come later.

FROM YOUR STARTING POINT the journey is planned with the project

Travel time varies considerably between the Chablais and central Valais. Trains serve Villeneuve along the Rhône valley route, while the A9 reaches the upper end of Lake Geneva by car. The studio is a three-minute walk from the station. For a large piece, we plan the sessions and their rhythm during the discussion so you know how many journeys to expect. An initial video call is possible if you're coming from far away, followed by a studio visit before the tattoo day.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

is the studio in valais?

No. Amartato Studio is in Villeneuve, canton of Vaud, at the gateway to Valais. The station is a three-minute walk away, and the A9 also makes the upper end of Lake Geneva easy to reach by car.

is it better to come by train or car?

Both are possible. The train follows the Rhône valley and arrives in central Villeneuve. Driving may be more practical depending on your municipality and session time. Choose the option that gives you the most breathing room.

how do we organise a project across several sessions from valais?

Depending on its size, your project will take one or two sessions, or several dates for a large piece like a full sleeve or a full leg. I'll give you an estimate at the studio appointment, and we'll schedule the dates with your journey from Valais in mind. Payment is in cash, at the end of each session: there's no card reader at the studio. The deposit is deducted from the final price, on the last session.

can the first conversation happen remotely?

Yes. If you're coming from far away, our first conversation can happen over a video call, and we'll meet at the studio before the tattoo.
