Who runs this site the business behind Kaiiza Tattoo

Kaiiza Tattoo is the name I work under. Behind that trading name there is a sole proprietorship, and a person.

The business is not entered in the commercial register and is not registered for VAT: you will never see VAT on anything you pay at the studio.

And where does Amartato Studio fit in? It is the studio I work in, at the same address. Your session takes place there, but the service is provided and invoiced by my business, not by the studio.

The texts, photos and drawings published on this site are protected by Swiss copyright law. They belong to me, or I hold the permissions needed to publish them.

What you are free to do: share the link to a page, quote a short extract, crediting the source.

What needs my written permission: reproducing, republishing or modifying a text, a photo or a drawing, here or anywhere else, social media included, even for non-commercial purposes. Having another tattoo artist reproduce a piece you saw on this site falls into this category.

Using this content to train an artificial intelligence model is not permitted.

What you read here how far the information goes

I keep this site up to date with care, but it remains an information site: nothing you read here is a firm offer or a contractual commitment.

The prices shown are ranges, given as a guide. The price of your project is set at the studio appointment, once we have looked together at the size, the placement and the time it needs. The range we agree on together is the one that counts.

Lead times and availability change all the time. No date is booked until we have confirmed it together.

The aftercare and healing advice published here is general guidance. It is no substitute for seeing a doctor or a dermatologist, especially if you have a skin condition, are on medication or are unsure about a reaction.

Your data form, emails & cookies

The project request form collects what you enter in it: your name, your contact details, the description of your project and the inspiration image you attach, if you add one. It is provided by Tally, an online form service: your answers are stored with Tally, then passed on to me. I use this information to reply to you, to prepare our appointment and your session, and, after your session, to suggest once that you leave a review. I do not sell it, and I do not pass it on to anyone for commercial purposes.

Your consent choice is kept in your browser, so you are not asked the same question on every page.

Audience measurement counts visits without cookies, for everyone. The tools that set cookies, for finer measurement and experience analysis, only load once you have agreed: until you say yes, nothing is sent to them.

Your rights: at any time, you can ask me what data I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and change your cookie choice. Write to kaiiza.tattoo@gmail.com.

Applicable law if we disagree

This site and the services offered by the business are governed by Swiss law.

If something goes wrong, start by writing to me at kaiiza.tattoo@gmail.com: most misunderstandings are sorted out in one conversation. If that does not settle it, the matter can go before the Swiss courts that have jurisdiction under the law. Nothing here ties you to a particular court in advance, and your rights as a consumer are unaffected.
