The hours I'm at the studio vary, so I suggest getting in touch beforehand in the way that best suits your request (see contact me). You're welcome to drop in, but please bear in mind that if I'm already with someone for an appointment, that appointment takes priority.

18 or older no exceptions
I've made the decision to tattoo adults only, without exception, and it matters to me. Your 18th birthday is a little way off, but you're sure about your idea because it's been maturing for a long time? Well, on the day you come of age, if the idea is still the same, you'll be even happier to finally do it. And if by then the idea no longer appeals to you, you'll be grateful you didn't. Time flies, and you have your whole life ahead of you!
I give you a price range: you approve the maximum, and if there's a surprise, it can only be a good one!
The money part clear from the start
Starting price: CHF 150, design included.
Price range: at our discussion appointment, I give you a price range (say CHF 300-450) for the project we define together. If the size, placement or details change before the tattoo session, we adjust the range and approve it before we begin. Once the tattoo has started, the range won't change. If there's a surprise, it can only be a good one: the final price comes in below the maximum we agreed on.
Deposit: CHF 100 when we set the tattoo appointment (CHF 200 for large multi-session projects). It's deducted from the price on the day of the tattoo (on the final session for longer projects).
If you cancel: the deposit is kept.
If you reschedule less than 48 hours ahead: a new deposit is required.
Payment: at the end of each session, in cash: there's no card reader at the studio (banks and the post office are around the corner if you need to withdraw). In exceptional cases, the deposit can go through TWINT (the Swiss mobile payment app). Coming from abroad? Payment is settled before the tattooing starts: purely a practical arrangement, discussed when we set the date.
The big day it takes a little prep
The details that make the difference: get good sleep and eat well in the days before. Moisturise your skin for a week beforehand, then stop 24 hours before the session. I shave the area before we start; if you'd rather do it yourself, do it on the day itself. If you wax or epilate, do it at least 2 days before. I can't tattoo over sunburn or an injury.
What to wear: comfortable clothes that let you uncover the area we're tattooing. Ideally black, or clothes you don't mind marking: stencil, ink and ointment are hard to wash out.
Snacks and something to do: bring your favourite snack and drink for a boost of energy if you need one. Bring something to keep you busy (a book, music, a film…) in case you feel like retreating into your bubble. Depending on the placement and the technicality of your piece, my concentration may also need me to stay silent for a while.
Company: a tattoo is a personal choice and a moment for yourself. I recommend coming alone, so you can live the moment fully, free in your choices, in what you want to share, and in listening to what you feel and need.
Accessibility reduced mobility
The studio is at street level, with direct access from the pavement. Once through the door, there's one small step to get over, about the height of a kerb. If you use a wheelchair, or if that step could be an obstacle for you, message me beforehand. We'll check together that the entrance works for you, and I'll prepare your arrival.
